A 38-year-old man has been arrested by the Lezha police, charged with the criminal offense of "Unlicensed possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition."
During the searches in the apartment of the 38-year-old identified as Bardhok Ndrejaj, a resident of the village of Pllanë, 1 firearm, 1 rifle, 1 shotgun and a quantity of combat ammunition were found and seized.

Following intensive work to prevent and crack down on illegal possession of weapons, the Lezha Police Commissariat, in cooperation with the "Eagle" Special Forces, has provided information that a citizen was carrying a firearm without a permit.
As a result of the immediate administration of this information, the police operation codenamed "Befasia" was finalized, during which the citizen was arrested in flagrante delicto:

During the search, the Police services found 1 firearm, 1 rifle, 1 shotgun and a quantity of combat ammunition, which were seized as material evidence.
"The procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Lezha, for further action," the police announced.
