Tirana Police initiated proceedings for 7 teenagers aged 16-17 and referred the materials for them to the prosecutor's office.
They are accused of communicating with various citizens through fake profiles and meeting them in shady places, stealing sums of money.
Meetings were left behind after conversations on social media with fake profiles (mostly as women) and then they would ambush them, attack them and take their money.
All cases involving minors and communications between them on social networks and telephones are being verified, and the file was passed on to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action.
