A 41-year-old foreigner was placed in the handcuffs of the Albanian Police after he went out on the street and blocked the traffic of vehicles on the road of Elbasani.
While standing in the middle of the road, he showed signs of aggression and behavioral disturbances, and blocked the movement of vehicles.
Also, during the neutralization, he violently opposed the Police officers.
The entire moment of his arrest was filmed by the Police, while the 41-year-old was then sent to the hospital for medical assistance.
" Regarding a video published on the portal today, we inform you that:
Crime Investigation Specialists of the Police Station No. 1 prosecuted foreign citizen ET, 41 years old.
Today, on Elbasan Street, this citizen has shown signs of aggression and disordered behavior, and has blocked the movement of vehicles. Also, during the neutralization, he violently opposed the Police officers.
The 41-year-old was sent to the hospital for medical assistance.
The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further procedural actions ," the police announcement says.
