"Following the checks carried out based on the information obtained in the operational route, for the localization and capture of the wanted citizens, the structures of the Shkodra Police Department, in cooperation with the services of the Malësi e Madhe Police Commissariat and with the support of the services of the "Eagle" Special Force, have organized and finalized the police operation coded "Wanted", as a result of which the wanted citizen was captured and put in handcuffs:
-BB, 33 years old, resident of the village of Premal.
The Shkodra Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction has assigned this citizen the security measure of "Arrest in prison", with the aim of extradition to the United Kingdom, after the Westminster Magistrate's Court, United Kingdom, issued an arrest warrant against him for the criminal offense of "Violation of the law on narcotics", committed in collaboration.
"The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra, for further action," the police announced.
