The Director of the Vlora Local Police Directorate, Elidon Çela, has provided details about the serious incident that occurred in Qafë Gjashtë, Saranda, where 66-year-old Rexhep Ismaili was shot dead.
According to the police, the incident occurred on the premises of the bar owned by the victim, while citizen Kostandin Vogli was also injured, but his life is out of danger.
In a statement to the media, Çela said that investigative actions have made it possible to identify the suspected perpetrator of the murder and to shed preliminary light on the dynamics of the event.
According to the investigation, yesterday evening, citizens Lulzim Tabaku, Idriz Çela, Eljo Muço, Kostandin Vogli, Marjo Agalliu and Ermal Shkalla went to the victim's bar and clashed with people who were at the table with Rexhep Ismaili and Tori Ruçi.
The conflict initially started with hard objects, while the situation later escalated with the use of firearms.
Police state that during the conflict, the victim Rexhep Ismaili is suspected of having taken an automatic weapon and shot at the people involved in the altercation.
Then, according to preliminary investigations, Lulzim Tabaku is suspected of having fired a pistol at Ismail, who died at the scene.
During the exchange of fire, Kostandin Vogli was also wounded in the leg.
After the incident, the people involved fled the scene. Police also suspect that the victim's brother, Hajredin Ismaili, hid the automatic weapon used during the conflict. The weapon and a magazine with 21 rounds were later found and seized by police.
An "Audi Q8" vehicle, cartridges, bullets and other material evidence that will serve the investigation were also seized.
The police announced that the motorcycle in which the suspected perpetrator allegedly fled was found abandoned in the village of Nivicë, while another Audi vehicle, suspected to have been used by the perpetrators, was also blocked in Saranda.
At the end of the first investigative actions, the police announced the following wanted persons: Lulzim Tabaku , 37 years old, for the criminal offenses of "Intentional Murder" and "Unlicensed Possession of a Weapon"; Idriz Çela, Eljo Muço, Marjo Agalliu and Ermal Shkalla for the criminal offenses of "Threat" and "Destruction of Property". While Kostandin Vogli, who was injured, surrendered a little earlier.

Si rezultat i veprimeve hetimore, u bë i mundur identifikimi i autorit të dyshuar të vrasjes si dhe zbardhja e dinamikës së ngjarjes.
Gjithashtu, vetëm pak momente më parë është bërë dhe shoqërimi i shtetasit të plagosur Kostandin Vogli i cili aktualisht po merr ndihmën mjekësore dhe ndodhet jashtë rrezikut për jetën. Në vijim ky shtetas do t’u nënshtrohet procedurave penale.

kanë shkuar në lokalin e viktimës dhe janë drejtuar te tavolina ku ndodheshin shtetasi Tori Ruçi i shoqëruar nga viktima dhe persona të tjerë të pranishëm duke filluar menjëherë konfliktin me sende të forta me këta shtetas.
Gjatë konfliktit të dhunshëm, rezulton se viktima R. I ka marrë një armë zjarri automatike dhe ka qëlluar në drejtim të shtetasve të përfshirë në konflikt,
Në vijim të ngjarjes, dyshohet se shtetasi L. T. ka qëlluar me armë zjarri pistoletë në drejtim të shtetasit R. I., i cili për pasojë ka humbur jetën në vendngjarje.
Gjithashtu gjatë shkëmbit të zjarrit ka mbetur i plagosur në këmbë edhe shtetasi K.V.
Pas ngjarjes, të gjithë shtetasit e përfshirë në konflikt janë larguar nga vendi i ngjarjes. Ndërkohë, dyshohet se vëllai i viktimës, shtetasi H. I., ka larguar nga vendngjarja dhe fshehur armën e zjarrit automatike së bashku me një krehër me 21 fishekë, të cilat më pas u gjetën dhe u sekuestruan nga Policia, në cilësinë e provës materiale.
Gjithashtu, u sekuestruan prova të tjera materiale, konkretisht një automjet tip “Audi Q8”, dhe fishekë dhe gëzhoja të kalibrave të ndryshëm dhe sende të tjera që do t’i shërbejnë vijimit të hetimeve.
Gjatë kontrolleve të mëtejshme, në fshatin Nivicë u gjet i braktisur motomjeti, me të cilin dyshohet se është larguar nga vendngjarja autori i dyshuar, shtetasi L. T. Po ashtu, në lagjen nr. 1, Sarandë, u gjet dhe u bllokua një automjet tip “Audi”, i cili dyshohet se është përdorur nga autorët e përfshirë në ngjarje.
Në përfundim të veprimeve të para hetimore, u shpallën në kërkim shtetasit:
L. T., 37 vjeç, për veprat penale “Vrasja me dashje” dhe “Armëmbajtja pa leje”;
I. C., 40 vjeç, E. M., 19 vjeç, K. V., 31 vjeç, M. A., 22 vjeç dhe E. Sh., 21 vjeç, për veprat penale “Kanosja” dhe “Shkatërrimi i pronës”.
Si dhe u proceduar penalisht shtetasi H. I. (Hajredin Ismaili) 60 vjeç, vëllai i viktimës.
Vijojnë hetimet intensive për zbardhjen e plotë të dinamikës së ngjarjes si dhe kërkimet intensive për lokalizimin dhe kapjen e të gjithë shtetasve të shpallur në kërkim.
