An incident of kidnapping and extortion against a 32-year-old builder was recorded on March 31, while the police subsequently intervened, arresting two of the perpetrators and announcing a search for the third.
Hysen Neza, 33, and Kevin Neza, 25, were arrested, while 28-year-old Jurgen Neza is wanted. The three are related and are known to the police for criminal records, mainly for theft and involvement in various conflicts. According to the data, they are also known as drug users.

According to investigative information, he had been under surveillance by the perpetrators for a period of time, who had followed his movements and prepared the kidnapping plan.
The incident occurred in the area near the former Park in Tirana. As the 32-year-old left a bar and entered an alley, three people approached him. They were masked, one wearing a hat and glasses, while the other two wore pharmacy masks and glasses. The perpetrators introduced themselves as agents of the National Bureau of Investigation and, using this false identity, forced him to get into a vehicle.

After being held overnight in a warehouse in the Xhafzotaj area of Durrës, where he was raped, the 32-year-old was released in the morning on the condition that he provide the requested amount. Immediately after his release, he reported the incident to the police, providing details that led to the identification of the perpetrators.
According to investigations, the identification was made through security cameras on the route followed by the perpetrators, who were dressed in black and masked at all times.
Sources indicate that the perpetrators had received information from as yet unidentified individuals, who allegedly provided them with information about the builder's financial situation and the possibility that he was holding significant amounts of money.

As part of the operation: citizens HN, 33 years old and KN, 25 years old, were detained; citizen JN, 28 years old, resident of Xhafzotaj, was declared wanted. From the investigative actions, it is suspected that these citizens, have taken the 32-year-old man by force into the vehicle, have threatened and exercised violence against him, with the aim of obtaining a monetary value," it is stated in the announcement of the "blues", the police announced.
