A bar owned by 52-year-old Dine Kurti in the village of Kote in Selenica, in Vlora, was engulfed in flames this morning.

It is learned that only material damage was caused by the flames.

The investigative team is at the scene where they are working to determine whether the fire was caused by an electrical spark or was intentional.
