The police reacted and gave details 24 hours after the gunfight that happened yesterday afternoon in the city of Peshkopia.
According to the Blues, Ardit Aldedja, 33 years old, is wanted after trying to kill a person with a gun, after a banal fight. Therefore, Klement Aldedja, Indrit Belba, Xherdan Korimani are also wanted, after they helped the 33-year-old to leave after the incident.
Thus, Agron Muça has been arrested in the act for the criminal offense of 'Discrediting the crime'.
" The services of the Dibër Police Station, after receiving the notification that in the city of Peshkopia, a citizen had tried to kill another citizen with a firearm, with whom he had a conflict, immediately organized the work to capture the perpetrator and to document the circumstances of the incident.
As a result of investigative actions, the Police services have identified and announced wanted citizens:
AA, 33 years old, resident of Peshkopi, for the criminal offense of "Deliberate murder", pending trial;
KA, 28 years old, IB, 23 years old and Xh. K., 20 years old, all three residents of Peshkopi, for the criminal offenses of "Failing the crime" and "Supporting the perpetrator of the crime". Following the actions, citizen AM, 30 years old, was arrested in the act for the criminal offense of "Disobedience of crime". From the investigative actions, it is suspected that the citizen AA, after a conflict for weak motives, tried to kill the citizen SA, 20 years old, resident of Peshkopi, with a pistol.
After the event, citizen AM (already arrested), along with citizens KA, IB and Xh. K. (wanted), helped citizen AA to leave the scene, taking him in their vehicle. The area is being combed by the Police services, with the aim of capturing the citizen AA and the other 3 citizens announced as wanted ." - announced the police.
The materials were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Dibër General Jurisdiction, for further action.
