Dan Hutra, one of the characters of the crime that shocked the country a year ago, killing three innocent women and injuring 3 others, has been transported from Peqin prison, where he is kept in isolation at the direction of the SPAK special prosecution.
The reason for Hutra's visit to SPAK were two letters that the man arrested for the murder of women had sent to special prosecutors, showing his willingness to talk about a series of criminal events for which he claimed to have detailed information. .
Based on this situation reflected through the letters sent from the prison, SPAK has evaluated the questioning of the arrested, with the hope of telling the story of the perpetrators who had participated in the serious criminal events that are still unsolved.
At the request of SPAK prosecutors, a few days ago, the General Directorate of Prisons enabled the transportation of Dan Hutra from the prison premises to the special prosecutor's office.
Sources near SPAK have confirmed the news that Dan Hutra was interrogated in these premises, due to the assessment of the situation he had presented in the letters sent.
Referring to the same sources from SPAK and the Directorate of Prisons, it is learned that Hutra's questioning lasted several minutes and then he was released to return to prison.
In the assessment of the investigation group, Hutra did not say anything of value that can be considered valid for the opening of investigations for specific files, but the case in this case is still under treatment.
But the special prosecutor's office is said to have left a second session of Dan Hutra's questioning.
This is not the first case that SPAK prosecutors are visited in their offices by prisoners, who express their willingness to provide clarifications about serious criminal events that have taken place in Albania.
Such a thing has happened with Admir Tafilaj, Erjon Alibej, Luftar Reçi and other people who show to SPAK prosecutors the crimes they claim to know about the perpetrators of the murders and the informative conversations they have had with other convicts in prisons.

On March 1, 2023, Dan Hutra executed with a machine gun the sister of his former cohabitant, Mevlute Hysa, 30 years old, and the fiancee of the cohabitant's brother, Elena Hysa, Hasime Dafku, also 30 years old.
In the midst of this tragedy, the 35-year-old ex-partner and her 60-year-old mother Kujtime Hysa were injured after Dan Hutra did not use Kalashnikov bullets against them, but stabbed them with a knife.
