A 37-year-old man was arrested by police after a violent altercation that occurred in the city cemetery.
Police announced that after a fight between three people with family ties, two of them, a father and son, were injured and are being treated in hospital.
"Specialists from the Durres Crime Investigation Sector arrested citizen AV, 37 years old, in flagrante delicto, after yesterday (April 17), in the city cemetery, he is suspected of having hit with a hard object, for weak motives, citizens R. Ç., 76 years old, and O. Ç., 41 years old (father and son), his family members. The injured citizens were sent to the hospital for treatment," the local police announced.
