
New details have come to light from a serious event that happened after midnight in the village of Gjashte in Saranda, where a conflict involved two groups of brothers.
At the center of the event were the Sulejmani brothers, residents of Saranda and police officers, as well as the brothers Enea and Albi Nexhipi, residents of Gjashte village.
According to the sources, Enea and Albi Nexhipi were slightly injured by blows with hard objects, while signs of the use of firearms were found at the scene.
The vehicles involved in the conflict were damaged by bullets, and several shells were found near them. The event involved more than 10 people, escalating the situation.
The two police officers involved are one part of the Border Police Station in Saranda and the other of the Himara Station.
Currently, the police, in cooperation with the Police Supervision Agency (AMP), are continuing investigations and checks to identify and escort all persons involved in this incident.
