The police have registered proceedings for 3 criminal offences, related to the explosion in Lushnje where a father and son died and several others were injured.

According to the sources, up to this moment it is being investigated for: violation of the rules of protection at work, violation of the permit after the subject, as well as destruction of property due to negligence.

No formal charges have yet been filed as investigations continue.

If there will be official accusations against MP Çela, who is a co-owner, then the file will be transferred to SPAK, as the competent body for the investigation of MPs.

The serious event happened on Friday, March 1. Father and son, Roland and Elidon Hoxha, died from their injuries.
