Clashes between criminal groups and the revenge of 'Krymi', as Erion Alibej was known, caused a series of victims. Emiljano Ramazani was one of them, a murder which was used by 'Krymi' to create a clash between Talo Çela and the Manhasa family.

Similarly, his statements were confirmed by Henrik Hoxhaj in the role of one of the organizers of the murder, who also revealed the name of Skerdit Tasi, as the person who shot Emiljano Ramazan.
The order for the murder of Emiljano Ramazan was given to me by Nuredin Dumani. And I took it upon myself to commit the crime with Skerdi Tasi.
