The 63-year-old man is arrested, who a day ago was accused of abusing a 24-year-old woman in Lushnje.
The 24-year-old woman claims that the 63-year-old man with the initials LT, resident in the village of Barbullinjë, had violent sexual intercourse with her 2 months ago. The police announce that the Prosecutor's Office is conducting investigations, as the Court of First Instance of Fier has set the security measure of "prison arrest" for the 63-year-old.
"Following the notice given on 10.05.2024, for the referral of materials to the Prosecutor's Office, from the Lushnjë Police Station, for the citizen LT, 63 years old, after allegedly having violent sexual intercourse with a 24-year-old woman, we do know that:
After the investigative actions carried out by the Prosecutor's Office, the prosecutor's order has been executed, for the detention of the citizen LT, 63 years old, resident in the village of Barbullinjë, after the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Fier, with the decision dated 24.05 .2024, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison".
The additional procedural materials were handed over to the Prosecutor's Office, for the criminal offense "Forcible sexual intercourse with adults", the police informs.
