New details have emerged from the rape of the prison officer 313 Arbër Labi. It is learned that he was hit with hard objects by three people, as soon as he left his apartment.
At the moment he took out his service weapon, the perpetrators took it from him, while the victim only had the magazine left. In the preliminary testimony, constable Labi said that he suspected because of his duty.
The perpetrators were in a white SUV. The police are working to identify them and capture them, while Arbër Labi is in the Trauma Hospital out of danger for life.
However, for the investigators, another track of a conflict with other persons that is not related to the work as a prison officer is being investigated. The young man also worked in nightclubs, where he may have had a conflict with the perpetrators who then raped him.
"On 28.09.2024, around 05:00, on the street "Tre Dëshmorët", Yzberisht, citizen AL, 36 years old, resident of Yzberisht, (employee near prison 313) just left the apartment, he was allegedly hit with hard objects by three still unidentified people, who took his service weapon and then left.
Currently, the 36-year-old is in the hospital under the care of doctors, out of danger for life. The investigative group is working to catch the suspected perpetrators and clarify the circumstances of the incident," the police announced.
