A 23-year-old woman from Sukthi has died after allegedly consuming photoxine in her apartment. The incident was recorded yesterday.
According to the Durrës police, the citizen with the initials FT was initially rushed to the Durrës hospital, as poisoning was suspected.
Due to her serious condition, she was then transported to the "Mother Teresa" University Hospital Center in Tirana for specialized treatment. However, despite the intervention and efforts of the medical staff, the 23-year-old did not survive.
The procedural materials have been referred to the Durrës Prosecutor's Office, which is expected to carry out further actions to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
