Inside, everything seemed ordinary: one person standing at the counter, four sitting at a table, among them Elton Çiça, his head lowered over his phone, uninterested in what was approaching him. The camera captures every movement, every step, every second leading up to the fatal act.

But what makes this scene even more shocking is the way the confrontation occurs: the perpetrator addresses the victim by name, as if seeking confirmation, as if he wanted the target to know who was calling him at that last moment.
Within two seconds, the gun comes out of his waistband and two shots break the silence of the bar, turning that table into a crime scene.
" The perpetrator, after addressing the victim by name, pulled out a pistol-type firearm and shot him twice in the direction of his body, immediately leaving the scene ."
The footage also shows a detail that investigators consider significant: before leaving, the perpetrator turns his head for a fraction of a second, as if to verify the result of his action.
Investigators are forced to go back in time. The motive is not found in the last weeks or months, but in 2006, in a murder in Greece. In a childhood friendship. In a promise of revenge sent inside a prison.
The investigative group focused precisely on the saga of the clash with Jani Aliaj, who would be identified as the perpetrator of the crime.
The file clearly describes that after these episodes, he was determined to act, considering Elton Çiçë as the organizer of the attacks against him.
Investigators emphasize that the decision to strike was not impulsive, but thought out and preceded by observations of the victim's movements.
" After two failed assassination attempts against citizen Jani Aliaj, the latter, convinced that the organizer was citizen Elton Çiça, has decided to retaliate by planning his physical elimination. "

Investigators followed every trace, every movement of the vehicle that had transported the perpetrator. Feeling indebted because of the respect that the defendant Jani Aliaj had shown him, Renato had agreed to buy the vehicle in his name and for this they had left him to meet with the notary Sh. Gj., to carry out the actions ."
" I consider these to be serious criminal offenses that result from a group's determination to dominate another, to dominate another, or to secure itself, or to secure its life from its opponents, given that this fear is greater than the need for revenge or to oppose, or to kill because of a previous conflict.
