The prosecution has toughened the charge against the suspected perpetrator of the murder of Martin Cani, who is accused of "murder under qualifying circumstances".

The police had referred the case to the charge of "intentional murder". The minor is also charged with "possessing cold weapons without a permit".

The tragic case of the teenager's murder happened 200 meters away from the 9-year-old "Fan Noli" school.

After a conflict between teenagers, Martin Cani was killed and his friend was injured. The case raised security alarms in schools.
