The moment of the arrest of the author of the murder of 33-year-old Ramazan Mataj in Dragoç, Shkodra, has been published. The police of Shkodra announce that the author is 29-year-old Arjon Hasaj, while he was helped by his brother Klisman Hasaj to hide the weapons of crime.
