Democratic Party MP Saimir Korreshi has once again denounced the situation at Lushnja Hospital, this time by publishing footage from the interior of the health institution.
Following statements made earlier in the Assembly regarding the quality of food for patients, Korreshi personally appeared at the hospital to closely inspect the conditions in which the food is prepared.
In the video he published on social media, the MP first stops at the hospital's kitchen facilities, which he claims are in poor hygienic and sanitary conditions.
"Is it a kitchen or a dump? Let the patrons provide the answer," Korreshi writes alongside the video.
The Democratic MP has also raised concerns about the standards of service to patients, while demanding a response from the institutions responsible for verifying the conditions at the hospital.
So far, there has been no official reaction from the leaders of the Lushnja hospital or the Ministry of Health regarding the accusations and footage published by the opposition MP.
