Prime Minister Rama, at the meeting in Athens, responded to a citizen who expressed concerns about the public administration and her land documents.
The head of government said that many services can be obtained through the e-Albania online platform and do not need to come to Albania.
Rama criticized the citizen who said that the administration is zero, while stating that if such a thing were true, the EU would not say that we should join the union.
"The truth must be put where it is. I can't tell you that the administration is perfect, but it's not 0. You can't say that. Now you live in Greece, don't tell me that everything is perfect here ," Rama replied.

Question: You are a very prominent figure at the moment, but there are shortcomings after so many years as the leader of Albania. The shortcomings that are very big and that 'kill' or are of the lower people, who do not have the talent to reach the big branches, the administration is zero. According to the law that we have received on the lands, that we will appropriate them yet at this time we have not yet received the land certificate. Who assures me that this will be a fulfilled promise and that I can come and make investments.
Rama: Until yesterday, to get a piece of paper, you had to come to Albania. Today, from Greece and Australia, you can get services directly on the Albanian platform. So, for the vast majority of services, you don't need to come to Albania, meet the administration, give money or introduce a friend. The truth must be established where it is, I'm not saying you're not right. If it were zero, the EU wouldn't tell us, come on.
With zero administration, the negotiations with the EU are these. The moment the EU comes in, it means that you have a state that functions like the EU. Don't tell me that everything is perfect in Greece. When I started this job, I had all my hair black and my teeth were mine. I have beautiful teeth, but they are not mine. The package has this, we have done it for all those who have land in the countryside, and the elders but do not have the documents.
Then in the village you know that it is your land. The mountain package has many people who are in certain areas in the north or south who have the land, but they do not have a conflict over the land, they have not accepted 7501. These people cannot get permission to develop something, a bank loan because they do not have the mortgage. If they enter the package, it is enough for the municipal council to give them a certificate that this is the land of these people who are the owners but do not have the papers, they take that certificate, we give them the development permit, they get the soft loan from the bank, they pay 1 euro and when the investment is finished, the land becomes 100 percent mortgaged.
