Deputy Flamur Noka, during today's plenary session in the Assembly, criticized the "Activist" application.
During his speech he said that this application is criminal and that the employees of the administration were threatened with their jobs if they did not download this application.
"750 thousand employees of the Albanian state administration have downloaded this application. What are these employees? Since state applications are separated from party applications. Does the lady know that these ministers have terrorized state employees to compel them to complete or otherwise leave their workplace. I did not ask him to explain to me about courses and trainings. The concept of an activist is a criminal concept, because it involves and makes a state employee a party militant. Is this the standard of DAP and the administration? The civil servant of the Albanian state with 'Renaissance' has turned into a militant", said Noka.
Milva Ikonomi responded to Noka saying that the "Activist" Application has nothing to do with the public administration.
"Recruitment in DAP has been stopped since March 1 and no person has been hired according to the resolution before the elections. The activist application is a party application that is also launched by sister countries to invite all followers to the campaign. The DAP and Activist application are not related to each other, they are two independent systems. As I pointed out, the activist has absolutely no connection with the state systems that DAP has. The activist does not ask for the job position and since it has 70 thousand users it is successful. If you enter that application, you can see very well that it has nothing to do with the public administration", said Ikonomi.
