Just a few minutes ago, Malltezi was handcuffed in Rinas while an arrest warrant was issued for the investigation of the Special Structure on the privatization of the Partizani complex.
Investigations into the privatization of the "Partizani" complex were launched after a criminal report filed on November 17, 2020, by Taulant Balla, at that time the head of the SP parliamentary group.

The Special Prosecutor's Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime is investigating the issue of the privatization of the 'Partizani' complex for money laundering.
