Democratic leader Sali Berisha reacted through a post on social media regarding Prime Minister Edi Rama's statements during the 'Flasim' podcast, where, among other things, he warned that in Albania, justice has independence, but lacks quality and impartiality.
In his reaction, Berisha rarely appears on the side of justice, attacking the Prime Minister whom he calls Ramaduro.
"In his disgusting monologue, Ramaduro today did not talk about the plight of tens of thousands of citizens from Gjirokastra to Shkodra whose homes have been flooded. With this, he did well, because besides the weather, another major cause of their difficult situation is himself and his ministers who, greedily, have stolen investment funds in flood protection infrastructure.
"But Ramaduro spoke his mind," Berisha wrote on the social network.
While he considers the Prime Minister a hostage of Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, using the 83 mandates of MPs to block the lifting of immunity and her arrest, Berisha states that Rama attacked his justice system today, which according to him "is neither impartial nor qualitative."
"With these accusations, Ramaduro proves that he does not accept and will not accept the decisions of prosecutors and judges, since according to him they are not impartial and are ignorant, not qualitative!
With this stance, Rama once again admits his guilt and this stance is an appeal to every Albanian to stand up for his removal from power, one day sooner!", emphasizes Berisha.
