In the "Flasim" podcast, Prime Minister Edi Rama returned to justice, which he said has gained independence, but not impartiality, for which work still needs to be done.
Rama said that the independence of the judiciary was achieved thanks to the leadership of the Socialist Party, but also the bipartisan support of the Albanian people. But according to the Prime Minister, impartial justice and quality justice must now be guaranteed.
And in this context, the Prime Minister brought to attention the meeting he held in Paris with the French Minister of Justice.
"This week began with participation in the Summit of the Coalition of Willings for Ukraine, convened by President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace, where I had the honor of being among the guests to represent Albania.
Overall, the meeting served to take stock of all efforts to assess the position and coordinate forces and divide tasks between the United States, the Coalition of the Willing, and Ukraine, within the framework of the security guarantees necessary to pave the way for compromise and peace after a war that has truly claimed too many lives.
But, during my stay in Paris, I also met with the French Minister of Justice, with whom we discussed the participation of French partners in the reflection group we have launched on the issues of criminal policy in Albania, as well as the consolidation of the new draft of the Criminal Code, in full harmony with European standards and best practices.
As I have said, we need a major, serious and far-sighted reflection on criminal policy in Albania, because we need to address acute problems, but at the same time protect independence, promote impartiality and increase the quality of justice in this country, where we finally have an independent judiciary, thanks to the leadership of the Socialist Party of Albania and the bipartisan support of the Albanian people, but we still do not have an impartial justice nor a qualitative justice.
"It's not easy, but I didn't commit to politics to do easy things or to take hard things lightly. Quite the opposite ," he said.
It is not known whether Prime Minister Edi Rama's recent statements are a kind of warning of a new intervention in what is considered a justice reform, approved in 2016 and which paved the way for the establishment of new justice institutions such as SPAK, GJKKO, BKH.
On more than a few occasions, Rama has expressed strong criticism towards SPAK and GJKKO, as well as placing under attack prosecutors and judges who, according to him, do not protect public interests with their decisions or actions. This has also brought reactions from associations of prosecutors and judges, but also from internationals, who continue to support the independence of the judiciary. /Pamphlet/

Rri vella me kete drejtesi qe ke, se po te kishim drejtesi tamam, do vinin e do te kapnin prej veshi, prej bythe e do te conin atje ku ke vendin. Ordiner del e ben moral ti, kryehajdut me damke, zullumqar i koherave, krijese e neveritshme. Flet ti per drejtesine, mizerje qe ndertove shtetin me te korruptuar e kalbur ne Evrope. Mendje djallezore qe shperndan vetem trishtim zi vrer.I ke ditet e numeruara, perpelitjet e fundit i ke.
Asgje nuk bente do te PS nese mbrapa reformes nuk ishin ShBA, Anglia dhe Gjermania. Keta do ta mbrojne drejtesine nga Rama, Saliu e kushdo qe merr persiper ta deformoje qe te mos denohen politikanet qe kujtojne se trafiku i interesave, influencave dhe kurrupsioni jane politike dhe jo krim! Rames I eshte bere faqja sholle dhe po sillet si Berluskoni por dhe si Makron i cili per te shpetuar Sarkozine e zhytur ne korrupsion, ishte i pari qe theu rregullin e republikes se peste qe kur prokuroria dhe gjykata marrin te pandehur (jo thjeshte nen hetim) nje minister, ky i fundit jep automatikisht dorreheqjen. Macron e beri me Eric Dupont Morreti dhe eshte turp nga i cili nuk skuqen vetem fashisto-komunistet evropiane. Sarkozia nuk u shpetua dot, ndjekja penale ndaj tij vazhdon dhe pavaresisht nderhyrjeve ne gjyqesor do denohet dhe burgun do ta beje si çeçua.
