The Chairman of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, through a post on social networks, commented on the interruption of Sali Berisha's speech at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.
The DP leader's microphone is turned off due to time running out.
As Balla publishes the video, he states that it is time for these rules to be established in the Albanian Parliament as well.
"The owl is used to emptying its psychic stream for endless minutes on the floor of the Assembly. Meanwhile, in the Parliamentary Assembly or the parliaments of Europe, the time is 1-2 minutes. Look at how the chairwoman of the session interrupts her speech. It is time for us to have these rules in the Assembly as well. Unimaginable in Europe, 10-minute discussions," Balla emphasizes in his post.
