Edith Harxhi was invited to an interview with Mirela Milori on Euronews Albania this Thursday where she said that one of the executive orders signed by President Trump will suspend funding for SPAK.
According to her, all US projects in Albania will remain suspended for 90 days until they are approved by the new administration under President Donald Trump.
" I don't think that the designer of the justice reform is Donald Lu, the designer of the justice reform is George Soros because it was born in the offices of the Open Society Foundation in 2014, when the idea of a justice reform was first proposed. The implementers are absolutely Donald Lu and Yuri Kim. They are correct implementers of the project prepared by the Soros Foundation in Albania.
But what will happen to the justice reform? This is a justice system that has been arrested. For several months there has been talk of an arrest warrant for the mayor of Tirana, and the warrant has not been implemented.
"One of the executive orders signed by President Trump is the immediate suspension of all US funds and projects in other countries around the world. This includes technical assistance that has been provided for SPAK, for justice reform in Albania, for BKH, all USAID projects, all US Embassy projects. All of these projects are suspended, will be suspended for 90 days until they are approved by the new administration ," said Haxhi.
