Bushati: Who is hitting Edi Rama!
Andy Bushati

Analyst Andi Bushati has spoken about the political situation in Albania. Bushati stressed that Prime Minister Edi Rama is unsure about the actors behind the 'attacks' against his government.

'This is the time Rama needs to clarify or negotiate the fate of his power,' said Bushati.

He added that support from the European Union and major European countries appears to have not changed, but there is a cooling off with the United States administration, an element that raises questions about foreign influence in Albanian politics.

"Rama is uncertain about the characters who move the puppets, so he doesn't know who is behind the scenes in the blow that is being dealt to his government. And this is the time he either needs to clarify, or even more so, to negotiate regarding the fate of his power."

It's true, and we've heard it especially in Europe, and in recent weeks, Rama hasn't moved a bit from the support, let's say, that the European Union and the main European countries have given him.

It seems clear that there is a coldness with the Trump administration, that is, with those who currently lead the United States of America. But the question that arises and that interests us Albanians, I believe, is different.

Who else? If, as is believed or thought, behind this bravery of SPAK is official Washington and the new American administration. Is this something that is done for the good of Albanians? So to hit the corruption of a stale government? Or is this a new attempt to catch an Albanian administration that once had all the threads connected to Soros, with the Democrats and others and others. We had a translated article today that showed how the Ukrainian SPAK, uh, under the direction of the FBI, what was it for? It served to hit key political figures in Ukraine, in order to weaken Ukraine's negotiating power for the conflict with Russia. So, is this being done for good purposes for Albania? Will this lead from one evil to another, it is too soon to say.

This is a million dollar question, in fact, because the true vote of the citizens can never be measured here. For this reason, I believe, there is no one left who is not convinced that Albanians do not vote freely.

And then here arises the other question: what if you don't vote freely, even when you claim to be in a democracy, and you have to protest when you see that you are being robbed, you are being trampled upon, and you no longer have the right to decide for power, even by vote?

This is a little difficult for two things.

First of all, in a dictatorship it is always difficult to stand up in protest. So, along with the undoing of a democracy, protest gradually also undoes. And this is not always or automatically, as we say from time to time, the fault of the citizens.

Plus, here the citizens have been given a gift, a poisoned dessert, and this is actually SPAK. The new justice and SPAK are doing exactly this.

They create the illusion for people who should stand up and protest that there is no need for you to demand your rights through the streets, that we are the ones who will avenge you. Until now, SPAK has simply had this as an alibi, a legend, always going after the knowledge of power.

"I don't know if it will continue on this trajectory ," analyst Andi Bushati said, among other things, on SYRI TV.
