The Special Prosecutor's Office seems to have closed the file against Sali Berisha. During a year of investigations (after security measures were put in place), prosecutors appear to have done what is being urged internationally and is also being used extensively by foreign law enforcement agencies: Follow the money. Or as it is used in the English language: "Follow the Money".

Many investigative experts often state that following the money is enough to uncover crime. SPAK followed the accounts of Sali Berisha, his son-in-law and his daughter. Seeing the movements in the account, but also the ownership of assets, prosecutors Enkelejda Millonai and Arben Kraja have come to the conclusion that Berisha used his daughter and son-in-law to camouflage his wealth.

In ILDKP, Berisha has repeatedly declared only one apartment, his salary and his wife's pension. But meanwhile the girl generates endless income, not to mention the boy. According to SPAK, Berisha as a politician has kept a low profile in relation to his wealth and in fact has used the children's wealth. We have the case of the villa in Lalëz, where even though it appears in Argita's name, everyone knows that Berisha owns it. No wonder he spent every weekend there.

But it seems that this scheme looks familiar to us. It was used by Ilir Meta, an ally of Sali Berisha. If we look at the wealth declaration of the head of PL, he appears with no properties, with several accounts with low cash values, no car and everything else. Like Berisha, Meta used his wife in the process of divorce, Monika Kryemadhi. Even the divorce between them is related to this very thing.

Looking at their declarations since 2003, when the property declaration started in the country, all real estate is in Monika's name. Meta has nothing. While the cars that move are in the name of PL, or appear with other owners.

Ilir Meta first declared in 2003, when the first property declaration was made in the country, that he has an apartment. Meta has declared exactly 25% of this apartment and 50% of a villa in Golem, bought according to him for 60 thousand USD. Almost two decades later, Meta has only 25% of this housing in his name. The villa in Golem has since been sold.

But the assets placed afterwards are almost all in the name of Monika Kryemadhi, at least those declared.

Konkretisht, në vitin 2007, Monika Kryemadhi ka blerë një sipërfaqe toke 700 m2, në Laprakë, me vlerë 5 milionë lekë. Ngjitur me këtë truall, Monika Kryemadhi pretendon se i ka falur vëllai i saj edhe 500 m2 tokë, duke u bërë kështu pronare e 1200 m2 tokë. Një vit më pas, Monika Kryemadhi ka lidhur një kontratë me kompaninë “Agikons”, për të ndërtuar pallatin në tokën e saj. Kryemadhi ka përfituar disa dyqane dhe 13 apartamente.

Nga viti 2014 deri në vitin 2021, Monika Kryemadhi ka shitur 10 apartamente në pallatin në Laprakë me vlerë 1 milionë USD. Aktualisht, Kryemadhi ka edhe apartamente të tjera pa shitur, tre njësi tregtare dhe dy garazhe. Po ashtu, është zbuluar se ka shumë toka në emër të mamasë së Kryemadhit, vëllait të saj dhe babait të Metës.

Por do shtrohej pyetja se pse Meta i ka kaluar në emër të saj? E thjeshtë: Kryemadhi nuk ka pasur kurrë funksione shtetërore. Meta ka qenë kryeministër, president, ministër, zv.kryeministër, etj. Monika vetëm anëtare e këshillit bashkiak dhe deputete, pra nuk ka pasur në dorë tenderë. Logjika e do që zullumet i ka bërë ai, pasi ka përdorur pushtetin për të vënë pasuri. Monikës i kanë ardhur të mira milionat nga ana tjetër.

Nëse shohim intervistat e fundit të Kryemadhit, ajo shpesh është kujdesur të thotë se pronat i ka pasur në kuadër të trashëgimisë dhe se nuk kanë lidhje me funksionet e Metës. Edhe pse është logjikë e dobët, pasi edhe një fëmijë e kupton, të dy i qëndrojnë kësaj loje duke shkuar edhe te divorci. Mendojnë se duke u ndarë pasuritë i merr Monika dhe SPAK nuk i sekuestron dot. Në fakt sipas burimeve, SPAK ka shkuar shumë thellë te pasuria e Metës. Teksa te Berisha merret me transaksione bamirësie apo për arsye shëndeti, te Meta kemi miliona të pajustifikuara. /Pamfleti
