Analyst Frrok Çupi commented on the developments of the parliamentary session where a resolution regarding the trials in The Hague was discussed.
He stated that Sali Berisha did not vote for any resolution in support of Kosovo during his parliamentary term. According to Çupi, Berisha lobbied against the declaration of Kosovo's independence.
Çupi added that Berisha has persecuted KLA activists in Albania, acting, according to him, on orders from Belgrade.
He stressed that the secret service must act because, as Çupi stated, Sali Berisha is being used against the national interest.
"He has not voted for any resolution in favor of Kosovo since the Rambouillet Conference, which ultimately decided that Kosovo should be liberated from NATO forces. He has not accepted and voted for this resolution. He has not accepted that Kosovo should gain independence."
He has even played all the stones, all the way to the White House, to get Kosovo to accept autonomy. He has imprisoned Hashim Thaçi, Adem Jashari, other KLA activists, and has followed Kosovo activists who were in Albania with messages from Belgrade.
"In Albania there were centers that trained and prepared for war. The secret services acted, Berisha used them. Berisha uses the national flag to declare war," he said.
