Ilir Meta finds the alibi if SPAK handcuffs him: The investigations were instigated by McGonigal!
Ilir Meta has given signals today that he may end up as a defendant for the CEZ-DIA affair. The head of the PL appeared at a conference for journalists, when, in addition to selling Monika Kryemadhi for lobbying in the USA, he warned that the day when he will give an account will probably be close.
Ilir Meta strongly attacked the prosecutors who are investigating the CEZ-DIA affair, as it seems that the problem is with Kastriot Ismailaj. The former DIA administrator is out of prison, but according to Meta himself, he has spoken. Meta said that the prosecutors went to his cell when he was in prison and even accompanied him to SPAK.
But Meta has also prepared an alibi if handcuffs are put on him. According to him, the cause that is being investigated is McGonigali. Like Berisha or Basha, he too will now be caught after the fact that the investigation was paid for by Rama.
" The CEZ-DIA case was opened by McGonigali, who also met with SPAK prosecutors. Therefore, McGonigali, who was sentenced for the money he received on account of Rama against the opposition, was to activate the CEZ-DIA case. And this case was registered in December 2019. A few days ago, the Special Prosecutor's Office questioned the journalist Fatos Mahmutaj. The latter is the person who interviewed Kastriot Ismailaj's wife, Mrs. Vojsava Ismilaj.
In the testimony given to journalist Mahmutaj, in October 2017, Vojsava Ismalilaj says that Ilir Meta, as part of Berisha's government, influenced ERE to lower the price of energy that KESH sold to CEZ, while CEZ sold to Albanians. In December 2010, ERE reduced the sale price of energy from KESH to CEZ by 27 percent; from ALL 2.03 to ALL 1.48. This decision was taken by ERE in December 2010, after DIA was paid 1.48 million euros by CEZ.
Recall that in September 2010, CEZ entered into a partnership with DIA to collect unpaid electricity bills. Vojsava Ismalilaj says that Ilir Meta asked Kastriot to demand compensation from CEZ for this favoritism. Also, Vojsava Ismailaj says that Meta demanded large sums of euros from Kastriot. Vojsava Ismailaj casts strong doubts that Ilir Meta is hiding even after the closure of the DIA company and the withdrawal of the Arbitration after the scandal broke. She talks about the relationship between Ilir Meta and Rebeka Gaski Gai, the legal representative of DIA.
