GJKKO has approved SPAK's request for the "house arrest" security measure for Sali Berisha.
It is reported that Berisha is at home and has not left the apartment today.
Against the former prime minister, this measure was taken today by GJKKO after his non-implementation of the same court's decision on 'obligation to appear'.
Berisha will be forced to stay at home and not have communication with any other person who does not live with him, while the implementation of the measure will also be under police supervision.
The former prime minister is accused of passive corruption as he is being investigated for the issue of the Partizani complex, for which his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi was handcuffed and then released under house arrest.
