The Albanian Parliament has begun work to replace the 5 members of the Regulatory Commission, one of the three pillars of the Central Election Commission, after their mandate ended on October 5.
For this reason, tomorrow in the Laws Committee this point will be discussed and a vacancy in this committee will be announced, thus opening applications to all interested candidates.
The five candidates for the Regulatory Commission are elected: 3 from the Socialist Party and 2 from the Democratic Party.
Filling the Regulatory Commission with new members is important at this moment, also due to the early elections that are expected to be held in 6 municipalities in the country.
Current members of the election regulatory commission whose mandate ends on October 5:
