Enkelejd Alibeaj, invited to "Debat" by Alba Alishani, on A2 CNN, indicated that together with Mr. Dashamir Shehi, he is negotiating with other opposition factors, but with certain conditions.
" For a reasonable person, it would be appropriate to seek cooperation with people who have provided evidence and I believe that Mr. Shehi has provided evidence and has come out clean in serving the law. It would be good for us and the young people to unite because it would give a signal to the public, to bring people to the elections and Edi Rama not to wake up on May 12 with 71 mandates. I hope we are on one front, however, even on two fronts would be a good thing ," said Alibeaj.
According to him, negotiations are also being held with other political factors, but he refused to make the names public. Regarding Lulzim Basha, Alibeaj stated: " If there will be a party, we will see. We have it written that we have 3 important elements for cooperation. The first, the relationship with justice; the second, the relationship with partners; the third, the open lists. If we want to add a fourth element, it would be no relationship with the Socialist Party. These are generalist, but moral criteria. We thought of making a union of values, not a union for the sake of union. Not an alliance of stinkers!".
Regarding the incident that occurred at Tuesday's protest between young political actors, Alibeaj emphasized: " In politics, the peak of maturity cannot be expected. Protagonism is needed, but I prefer these young people who have a protagonism of immaturity. We are in the campaign, I believe it will not happen again ."
