The Directorate of Prisons has decided to move the VIP prisoners who have accumulated in Durrës. Lefter Koka, Alqi Blako, Vagjush Dako, Fredi Beleri, Safet Gjici, Lefter Alla and many others have been placed in custody in Durrës, until their trial ends.
However, it is learned that after the event that happened in Peqin, but also because of the privileged treatment, it has been decided that they will be distributed to other detention centers. According to information, the VIP prisoners had turned the prison into a hotel.

The displaced persons are: Vangjush Dako; Left Head; Alqi Blako; Oltion Bistri; Safet Gjici; Lefter Alla; Dedan John; Fran Tuci; Jewel Lita.
Dako, Koka and Alqi Blako are said to have been sent to Fier prison.
As for the accusations, Lefter Koka and Alqi Blako are accused of the incinerator affair. Both were convicted in the First Instance, but it is expected that the trial will go to Appeal. Meanwhile, new charges were brought against them for the Tirana incinerator.
Vangjush Dako is accused of abusing tenders and construction permits. He is suspected of having misused his office with the permission for a palace and the construction of a promenade.
Safet Gjici is accused of the sexual scandal in his office, while Lefter Alla is accused of tender abuse.
