"The constitution clearly shows the importance of the anti-corruption
The Parliament approved with 74 votes in favor and 6 against the establishment of the special Commission for reforms, an initiative of the Socialist Party proposed through the anti-corruption resolution already approved in the Assembly.

Democratic MP Ina Zhupa and Socialist Party MP Ermonela Felaj clashed again with their opinions regarding the importance of the Reforms Commission.

Felaj explained that the mechanism that is offered is a mechanism that essentially means cooperation and coordination on the part of all political forces in the Assembly.

"The mechanism that is offered is a found mechanism and essentially means cooperation and coordination of all activities by all political forces in the Assembly of Albania" , said Felaj.

An opposing position was expressed by Ina Zhupa, who underlined that corruption should be resolved by law and that there is no need for a resolution.

"The Assembly has committed legislative corruption. Which means that the Assembly of Albania for the first time with this majority has made laws by order and with special names. So he has made laws that it is known who will receive them and that is why they are being made. This is the highest form of corruption. It is called legislative corruption, when the entire Assembly is placed at the disposal of one name and one oligarch. If they want to return to this 12-year-old road, they have stolen all Albanians with an incinerator that does not exist, let them start with simple acts, not to pay for an incinerator that does not exist, not to pay 200 euros for a sterilization set. So make concrete acts than make a resolution that does not have much power. Corruption is resolved by law, there is no need for a resolution. It is the duty of every public official not to commit corruption. The Prime Minister does not have to commit corruption. The resolution at the moment is made by the people who do the corruption and has no legal force, we cannot become part of a facade", said Zhupa.

Furthermore, Felaj has not spared the accusations while emphasizing that Zhupa has not read the draft resolution. Felaj also commented on the departure of opposition MPs from the session

"I find that Ina has not read the draft resolution, she has not read it, and the fact that some of Ina's colleagues were not at the parliamentary session shows me the difficult position they have taken. The incinerator of Tirana, Fier and Elbasan for all the violations that occurred there are investigated and judged by the court and the special prosecution. Maybe if we didn't have that court and that prosecutor, we wouldn't be talking about the impunity of officials, which didn't happen for 30 years in Albania", said Felaj.
