The government exploits financial schemes to enrich clients and oligarchs, widening the gap between the rich and the poor...
The leftist government of Edi Rama has turned corruption into an institutionalized system, where every step of the state has been transformed into an opportunity for the enrichment of clients, friends and oligarchs. Instead of protecting the medium-sized economy and supporting small businesses, the government's fiscal and customs policy opens the door to injustice and illegal profits.
The schemes of “Strategic Investors” and wealth beneficiaries with “1 Euro Contracts” are not simply individual favors, but systematic instruments to avoid every fiscal and customs obligation, giving millions of euros to the oligarchs, while the middle class pays every tax, every bill and every price increase. With these policies, the government is not simply distributing resources, it is destroying the economy of ordinary citizens.
While some companies enter the country without paying customs duties, average wages remain frozen, public services are under pressure, and every price increase hits ordinary citizens. Oligarchs and political clients gain free land, forests, beaches, concessions and monopolies, while ordinary citizens face inflation, unemployment and silently rising taxes.
The result is a staggering gap between the rich and the poor. The wealthy minority, directly linked to power, lives in luxury and privilege, while the majority loses hope and opportunities to advance economically. The middle class, once a pillar of stability, is gradually collapsing, sinking into poverty and insecurity, while the political class and financial oligarchs enjoy the benefits of hundreds of millions of euros obtained in dubious ways.
This is not just a fiscal policy; it is a government strategy to destroy the real economy, to buy power with public money, and to create an inviolable elite that controls state resources, businesses, and contracts.
Citizens are forced to bear the burden of minority enrichment and the consequences of corrupt decisions.
Instead of building a fair and equal economy, Edi Rama's government is creating an Albania divided in two: a country for the oligarchs and clients of power, and a country for those who work, pay, and suffer every day.
The gap between the rich and the poor grows every day, and with every order, concession or tax exemption, the government's policies deepen a social tragedy that will accompany the country for decades./ Pamphlet
