Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha has stated that Prime Minister Edi Rama was at the Munich Security Conference as a prime minister who has arrested opposition leaders.
During his speech at the presentation of the DP's economic program, Berisha said that the message given by US Vice President Vance was directly for Prime Minister Rama.
He further added that Rama wants to close Tik Tok, as according to him he cannot stand the criticism of young people.
"That message from President Trump was brought more clearly at the Munich security conference by the US vice president, who said that for you the main danger is not China and Russia, but you have it within you, you have it in your attitude towards freedom, values, and this was an honest and very strong warning. If values do not unite us, everyone in their own work.
How vital and crucial for peace in Europe is the presence of the US. but how important for the US and Europe is the protection of the values of freedom and free people.
"Last night in Munich, if there was one person who most concretely matched what JD Vance talked about, it was Edi Rama. He was there as the prime minister who has arrested three opposition leaders. He was there as the censor who will shut down TikTok because he cannot stand criticism from young people," Berisha said.
