Following the announcement he made in the National Assembly of the SP, on September 4, Prime Minister Edi Rama has sent the names of the seven new ministers entering the cabinet to President Bajram Begaj for decree.
The head of state has 7 days to appoint Igli Hasani to the post of Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, instead of Olta Xhaçka; at Finance Ervin Meten instead of Delinda Ibrahimaj; at Health, Albana Koçiun instead of Ogerta Manastirliu; Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Anila Denaj instead of Frida Krifca; Minister of Sports and Education, Ogerta Manastirliu instead of Evis Kushi, Minister of State for Entrepreneurship and Business Climate, Delinda Ibrahimaj; while the Ministry for Standards and Services headed by Milva Ikonomi is merged and the Ministry of Local Government is added, which will be headed by Arbian Mazniku.
But among these changes that affect almost half of the cabinet, three surprise appointments were those in diplomacy, finance and health. When it is known that Olta Xhaçka left due to the complicated file of the intersite conflict with a strategic investment in the south of the country, when the concessions in health made it impossible to extend the mandate of Manastirli and the quarrel with Belinda Balluku, the continuation of Ibrahimaj, with curiosity the profiles unknown to the general public that replaced them were received.
1) Where does Igli Hasani come from?
Igli Hasani has had a long state experience in high-level profiles of the administration in which he has served since the time of the Berisha government (director of NATO and Foreign Relations (2013-2014) and director of Euro-Atlantic Integrations (2013-2014). He is the brother of the well-known journalist, director of Vizion Plus, Arban Hasani. He was in charge of the Albanian embassy in the OSCE from January 2018 to November 2021, during which time Albania also held the Presidency of the OSCE.. It is thought that at this moment his ties with Edi Rama have strengthened, where Hasani has made such a good impression that he left our diplomatic service to hold a high position as an international at the OSCE. He is returning to the Albanian administration, where he has served for 17 years, this time as a senior politician.President Begaj will appoint him to the position of head of Albanian diplomacy a few days before Albania chairs the meeting of the Security Council at the UN and while Tirana has entered into a deep crisis with Athens, which he thought also influenced the downfall of Xhachka.
2) Mete, the father was burned by the vetting of the minister's son
Life is sometimes full of paradoxes and the appointment of the new finance minister is one of them. On the same day that Edi Rama gave a ditirambic speech about the reform in justice and its achievements, he announced as a new member of the cabinet, Ervin Mete, whose father, Bilbil Mete, was burned as an unfit prosecutor by vetting.
But besides that, although unknown to the public, Ervin Mete has held important positions in the renaissance administration.

Ai hyri në administratë si zëvendësministër i Financave dhe zëvendësministër i Ekonomisë në periudhën 2013-2017 teksa mbante në xhep një diplomë Master nga Universiteti i Harvardit, ku qe specializuar për të drejtë korporatash. Ai ka kryer po ashtu edhe Shkollën Ekonomike të Londrës (LSE), për të drejtën fiskale. Presidenti Begaj do ta dekretojë atë në të njëjtën karrige të Financave të cilën më gjatë se kushdo gjatë qeverisë Rama e ka mbajtur Arben Ahmetaj.
3) Koçiu, besnikëria tek shëndetësia
Një tjetër emër pothuajse i panjohur për publikun, që pritet të dekretojë presidenti është edhe ai i Albana Koçiut. Ajo do të vihet në krye të një ministrie problematike, me tre koncesione, që po hetohen nga SPAK, si sterilizimi, Check up dhe dializa. Pikërisht për këtë në krye të këtij dikasteri duhej një personazh i besuar. Dhe besohet se Rama nuk mund të gjente njëri më të sigurtë se një grua që ka drejtuar për dhjetë vitet e tij Departamentin e Administratës Publike me gjithë gjëmat që ka bërë rilindja mbi këtë administratë. Në këtë kuptim Koçiu besohet se i plotëson të gjitha kriteret. Plua që ajo vjen nga fluksi që e ka shoqeruar kryeministrin aktual që nga koha e bashkisë së Tiranës. Natyrisht në CV e saj gjenden shkollimi dhe kurset që ajo ka kryer, por nxjerrja nga anonimiteti drejt një posti me profil të lartë publike besohet se është besnikëria më tepër sesa profesionalizmi./Lapsi
