Former Democratic Party MP Ervin Salianji has raised concerns about the high price of oil in Albania.
He compares Albania with countries in the region, where the price of oil is significantly cheaper.
Salianji emphasizes that the model of this majority is the model of robbing citizens, while adding that the high price of oil has a direct impact on the cost of living and poverty.
"Oil in Albania 78% more expensive than in Kosovo!"
The Albanian government is choking its citizens with tax increases. For oil, excise duty + sales tax + VAT make up almost 60% of the final price.
In the region, governments cut taxes, but here the government only increases taxes because it needs money to fuel corruption!
Expensive oil increases the cost of living, prices and poverty. This is a model of plunder, not governance!
