Journalist Bledian Koka has stated that the Albanian political scene is experiencing a role reversal regarding the stance towards justice reform and SPAK.
He said that Prime Minister Edi Rama is appearing increasingly critical, while the opposition leader, Sali Berisha, has significantly softened his language.
Meanwhile, in Rama's latest statement, who warned of a review of the justice reform, this time not with the American model, but with the French one, he stated that this is a clear signal of a clash between the government and the justice system.
Koka emphasized that Berisha, once one of SPAK's harshest critics, has today changed his approach.
"Berisha has sharpened his tongue towards SPAK. He has separated his personal conflict with Altin Dumani from his stance towards the institution and today appears closer to supporting justice ," said Koka.
He also stated that a turning point was the filing of criminal charges against Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, describing it as the dividing line between the two phases of SPAK's action.
The journalist said that Belind Këlliç's summons to SPAK is related to an early verification procedure for forged seals and expenses of the December 11 Assembly, a matter that, according to him, is expected to be closed without criminal consequences.
In his analysis, the journalist raised the main question: is Prime Minister Rama today in an open conflict not only with SPAK, but also with American interests in Albania?
"This clash is already visible. Citizens are clearly seeing who is against the justice reform and who benefits from it," Koka concluded for "A2 CNN."
