Prime Minister Edi Rama has made changes to deputy ministerial levels today.
After two weeks, a government meeting was held today, chaired by Edi Rama himself. The decisions made public state that Entela Ramosaçaj, Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection, is relieved of this duty.
Meanwhile, Oltjon Muzaka has been appointed to this position. The latter had previously held the position of director of AZHBR, appointed when Frida Krifca was at the head of the Ministry of Agriculture. But in 2024 he left this position. AZHBR has been noted for numerous scandals, especially with IPARD funds.
Today there have been several other movements, this in the context of changing the names of ministries. In September, the names of several ministries changed: The Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation is now called the Ministry of Economy and Innovation; The Ministry of Health and Social Protection was changed and is now called the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare. These changes have also been reflected in the deputy ministers, who have practically not moved from their positions, but their names have changed:
– Ms. Ina Majko, Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection, is relieved of this duty and appointed Deputy Minister of Health and Social Welfare.
– Ms. Denada Seferi, Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection, is relieved of this duty and appointed Deputy Minister of Health and Social Welfare.
