The recent changes in the government cabinet have been commented on by Democratic Party National Council member Myslim Murrizi as a move aimed more at consolidating the prime minister's personal power than at politically refreshing the majority.
Invited to 'Çim Peka Live', Murrizi stated that this is the third government with names that do not represent the traditional leftist base or the SP electorate, but rather figures who are little known publicly and without a clear political profile.
Murrizi sees this reorganization as a message of strength within 'Rilindja', where decision-making and control remain concentrated in a single hand, while ministers are replaced in function of internal balances and not political representation.
