Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha has denounced in a media conference the companies that, according to him, have benefited from 1.5 billion euros from the state budget, by being declared the winners of tenders.
Berisha said that there are 10 Albanian firms that benefited from the billions, after European companies were previously excluded from the competitions.
" The Gjoka-Olsi Rama company. This Gjoka is very passionate about Olsi. The procurement genius, even though the roads are collapsing like straw, gets paid more than everyone else. Another company is 4AM. I don't know who owns this one, but we'll find it."
Then comes the famous Salillari, but Fusha could not be missing either. There are 10 companies, 1.5 billion euros. Total mafia concentration without tenders.
"The Gjoka-Olsi Rama Construction company, almost 500 million euros in tenders per year. Imagine where it goes ," Berisha said.
The Democratic leader further said that secret procurements have increased tremendously.
" Shark Armand Frangu received 800 payments per year. No PPP was given based on the amended law."
What a shark this is, go to the Treasury and in just one year this guy has 800 payments from the State Treasury.
