After the major argument that erupted during today's session in the Assembly, the chairman of the Socialist Party parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, proposed closing the discussions in the Assembly and moving directly to a vote on the acts provided for in the agenda.
The draft laws on the agenda received the majority of votes from the majority, while a draft law proposed by Klevis Balliu on the administration of seized and confiscated assets was also defeated.
The majority also voted with 75 votes in favor of the name of Denar Biba as a member of the Competition Authority for another term in this institution. However, five deputies of the majority voted against during the electronic vote.

Draft law “On the accession of the Republic of Albania to the Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks, done in Singapore, on March 27, 2006”.
VOTE: 79 in favor, 0 abstentions, 4 against
Draft law “On the ratification of decision no. 1/2025 of the Joint Committee, established by the free trade agreement, between the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Turkey, on amending the agreement between the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Turkey, replacing Protocol II thereof, regarding the definition of the concept of “originating products” and methods of administrative cooperation”.

VOTE: 78 in favor, 0 abstentions, 4 against
