The leader of the SP group, Taulant Balla, while speaking in the Assembly, is an opponent from the opposition.
DP deputies banged their hands on the tables and demanded that Balla be thrown out.
They approached the SP seats, preventing the leader of the SP group from speaking.
Even DP MP Flamur Noka, while the session was in recess due to the chaos that was caused in the hall, seriously threatened Taulant Balla.
"I will kidnap you like a kid. You are the one who threatens and blackmails opposition MPs. I will kidnap you like a kid. I will make you do what you cannot even imagine," Noka-Taulant told Balla.
Previously, Noka also attempted to hit Balla with a water bottle.
It was a proposal by the leader of the SP group, Taulant Balla, for a minute of silence in honor of the 35th anniversary of the massacre of April 2, 1991, when 4 young people were killed in the last protest against the communist regime, which became the cause of another clash between the opposition and the majority in the Assembly hall.
Behind him was the leader of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, who told the Speaker of the Assembly, Niko Peleshi, that he was "leading the Parliament into physical conflict."
"You are responsible," he said.
Further, he stated that Taulant Balla provoked the families of the 4 DP martyrs.
"He provokes their pain, we ask for the floor...Who is he mocking?!", said Bardhi, claiming that "Balla has threatened the DP deputies."
"If we agree, we are actually obliged, for this Parliament to be guided by a regulation, to respect it all together! We are not in a cafe here!", said Peleshi in his reply.
