At 10:00, Prime Minister Edi Rama will hold a press conference where he will provide explanations about the situation created in recent days in Zvërnec and clarify the allegations.
Protests opposing the construction of the resort in the protected area have increased, while the violence that a group of private guards from 'Major Security' have exercised against citizens who were protesting remains unjustifiable.
In the public reaction, Rama wrote that it is now his turn to talk about the "extraordinary project for Albania", planned to be implemented in the Zvërnec area.
He also congratulated Police Chief Skënder Hita for suspending the Vlora police director, as well as for placing the chain of command of the blues in the coastal city under investigation, after the indifference they showed while some private guards raped protesters in front of their eyes.
