The General Secretary of the Socialsite Party, Blendi Klosi, has spoken about some of the hottest political issues in the country.
He stopped at the provision of the security measure by SPAK for the former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, in relation to the sterilization concession, where he expressed confidence that this process will clear Beqaj's image.
In an interview for "News 24", the General Secretary of the Socialist Party also said that the SP will not oppose the decisions of the new justice, since since coming to power it has promised a new justice reform.

The measure for the former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj from SPAK, how do you comment?
Klosi: I heard the news and followed the statement of my colleague Beqaj. I tend to believe what the colleague says. We as SP have done many things, you brought me a new standard. If the process has problems, the case is being investigated. We have said that the SP does not have to oppose the decisions of the new justice. I tend to believe that things will go the right way. As I pointed out, I believe that Beqaj's image will be cleared.
SPAK is not stopping, how does it feel when someone among you is under investigation?
Klosi: SPAK is doing its job and we have publicly acknowledged it. At the December congress, we want to unveil a new reform. We have built this journey of justice bodies with conviction. This new justice is working, but we managed to create such a system that everyone believes in impartiality. It has given dozens, hundreds of its representatives the opportunity to be part of the administrative structures. But in such a large number of people, a very minimal number is already under judgment. It is a process that now has the big name of SPAK, but the prosecution is an impartial institution. This issue is not s ena makes us feel good, but what we have promised is coming true. There is no one who is without being at the same distance with justice, and this is one of our achievements, as SP.
How much does this measure affect Becaja?
Klosi: Beqaj has resigned from his administrative duties. In his own statement, he says how he learned the news, he gave up, not that he is guilty. It is now stripped of duty and of the opinion it may create. When the right was in power, the prosecution demanded a trial, not only was it not investigated, but the prosecutor was also removed. The event of January 21 is a case in point.
Berisha's statement on the 'Partizani' file against SPAK, how did you see the statements?
Klosi: In the decisions of the judiciary, we will not take sides in one of the directions, but the difference is big. If a representative of the left would have given up his post, while Berisha refuses to face the questions. Again we return to the difference between the two sides of Albanian politics.
The crisis in Parliament, the opposition demands the establishment of investigative commissions. Why are they not accepted?
Klosi: The way in which the demands from the opposition are presented are not in accordance with the laws and the Constitution. In none of the materials presented by the opposition, there is no concrete issue and index to show who committed the violations. There is no concrete issue. You cannot set up a commission to find the problem, but the opposite is needed. If there is a concrete issue, a commission should be set up, so it was not allowed. If the opposition will find the right in the Constitutionalist, they should do it and then come to speak. They want to create an agenda for debates in Parliament.
