Delina Ibrahimaj
The first head to be "cut off" will be Delina Ibrahimaj, who was actually fired once by Rama, but for still unclear reasons continued to work in the government, at least for a few weeks. Ibrahimaj was fired after a fight during the cabinet meeting, but then both she and Rama went public and denied such news.
It seems that the prime minister is not in a hurry to dismiss her, waiting for the autumn to include her name in the list of other ministers who are leaving as part of a reformation of the government.

Xhaçka is one of Rama's old travel companions. Xhaçka is the only strategic investor minister, at least on paper, in the Rama cabinet, while the affair that is bothering her the most is the concession of the Port of Limion to a private company, which has already been seized by SPAK and is being investigated by prosecutors.
