Rama had a conversation with the new British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. He himself did not give details, but foreign media have given signals that Rama talked to him about the refugees and the pact in Meloni.

According to a Downing Street spokesman, the two leaders discussed "European security issues, including immigration, in particular innovative solutions such as the Italy-Albania partnership". The spokesman said that Starmer and Rama "have agreed to continue strengthening the relations between our two countries" , foreign media reports .
In the press conference after the meeting, the British Prime Minister mentioned the agreement between Italy and Albania, which is of interest to the British, but said that we want to fight immigration at the origin and the agreements without specifying what agreements specifically come next and refused to talk about what he has discussed with various European leaders.
